Complete chaos & unorganized when it comes to billing! You don’t threaten people with collections when they’ve never received a bill for a service a year & 1/2 ago… no matter what “your records indicate” or say “well we’ve done our part”! Absolutely disgusted

If I could leave zero stars I would…please save yourself time and money and go anywhere else. I came in months ago because I was sick and everywhere else was booked up except for this place and I now know why. I was tested for Covid and the flu and they even tried to get me to get an EKG but I declined because they didn’t tell me until AFTER they had performed the tests that they do not take my insurance so I had to pay $400 that day for a COVID TEST out of pocket!!! Again, for a COVID test! And now my card was just charged today for $1000 without my authorization. This is all completely unacceptable for a Covid test and that they don’t tell you that you will pay out of pocket until after they get your credit card information and that they don’t accept your insurance. I still have my paperwork where they came into the room I was in and marked out the prices multiple times they had quoted me because they didn’t realize that they don’t take my insurance which I gave in the waiting room where I waited 2 hours before I was ever even taken back! Plenty of time to let me know they don’t take my insurance and j will be paying $1400 for a COVID and flu test. Had they let me know that up front I would have left and gone somewhere else! I will be pursuing this further but if you are reading this just know I am someone who never leaves a bad review but this place needs to be avoided at all costs and they will literally steal your money. When we went in to dispute why they took $1000 out of our account 7 months later and why I was never told they didn’t take Cigna prior to the flu and Covid tests, the manager stated that “they don’t have to tell us anything, that it is our responsibility to know if my insurance is in or out of network.” This place is gross and takes advantage of people and I wish I had listened to the MANY reviews stating how shady this place is. The Better Business Bureau exists for places exactly like this

They are always very kind, very professional and put the patients first.

This place is a Frickin joke. I'm here to get x-rays. I check in on time. It's like buying a car. Asking very personal questions. The tech waltzes in 30 minutes late. The after 30 minutes he comes out and takes a guy that came in after he did. I'm close really pissed !!
