Courteous, fast, and efficient.
Surprised of the profesional services.
Dr was caring, and quick to respond to my pain.
I take it all back: they failed me big time.
The Doctor’s nurse was irresponsible, lack of empathy and respect for my pain.
She was supposed to have sent the request for an MRI to my insurance carrier at the time of my visit on Thursday.
Friday I call the Doctors office to get the status of the MRI appointment and was told that my insurance wasn’t responding; when in fact I called my insurance and was told that they hadn’t received any paperwork from the EMERGENCY MD office.
My insurance agent contacts the Doctors office and was told that the paperwork was being sent at that moment.
I’m in pain, can’t walk and these people lack of responsibility have me waited longer then necessary because they lack responsibility and don’t care.
SO IF I HADNT FOLLOWED UP, MY WAIT WOULD HAVE BEEN GID KNIW HOW LONG???
Not a happy camper.
